so, my new job in the mailroom is going remarkably well. I like the job, I like the people work with, and I love the money I'm making. What I like the most about this job though is that I get to do the mail! I love it whe I get to sort packages. Some of the things we have to do could definitely be considered busy work. I worked almost 20 hours last week, and that doesn't sound like a lot to a bunch of people, but between school, homework, rehearsal, eating, and sleeping, it's pretty good. soon, I'm going to have to start paying off the 400 I owe the school, so that I can register for classes next semester. I get to go and drive the mail truck, and deliver packages. How cool is that? I do believe that I'll leave work a little early today though. I need to get something that resembles sleep. That, I haven't been doing lately.
So, I've found out that I am a "Lucid Dreamer". I have the ability to influence my dreams simply by realizing that I am dreaming. I find this absolutely fascinating. Buddhist Monks have been using this technique for centuries. It allows one to live out things that they would not normally live out in their conscious world.
Imagine being to do anything you want. You can fly, you can travel anywhere. the universe is at your grasp. The limits of our own mind can (and should) be broken. If you can break free of the limitations set in your mind, and the laws that bind man (Stopping at at red light, using the sidewalk), wouldn't that be complete freedom?
The first step is the hardest. You need to realize that you are dreaming. Your mind has its own logic, and it tells you that everything you are going through is completely okay, that it's natural. If you can tell yourself that you're dreaming, you can unlock limitless potential (In your dreams).
